Purposes and legal bases for processing personal data

The purpose of the Seller processing the Buyer's data, provided by the Buyer in connection with purchases in the Shop, is to fulfil orders. The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • the sales agreement or actions taken at the Buyer's request in order to conclude it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • the legal obligation incumbent on the Seller related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and
