Terms and conditions

§ 1 General provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the operation and use of the online shop available at the web addresses indicated by the Seller. The owner of the Online Shop is: JUST KETO Jusi Kraczkowska with its registered office at ul. 1 Maja 5A/50, 10-117 Olsztyn, Poland, operating under tax ID (NIP): 7431100508 and REGON: 280436080.

The online shop allows purchases to be made online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Shop fulfils orders within Poland. Using the Online Shop, including browsing the Shop's range and placing orders for products, requires an active e-mail account, a device with Internet access and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

§ 2 Definitions

Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that makes a purchase in the Online Shop.

Product/Products – goods presented in the Online Shop that may be the subject of a sales agreement.

Sales agreement – an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Shop.

§ 3 Placing and fulfilling orders

Orders in the Online Shop can be placed by selecting a product and adding it to the basket, then completing and confirming the order form. The Customer is obliged to provide details enabling verification of the Customer and the recipient of the goods.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order if the details are incomplete or raise doubts as to their accuracy. If the Customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card, order fulfilment will begin on the day the Seller's bank account is credited.

Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days of the payment being booked. The order fulfilment time means the time the Seller needs to prepare the shipment and hand it over to the carrier.

§ 4 Payments and delivery

Product prices are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT. The Customer can pay for the order by online payment, instant transfer, bank transfer, BLIK, payment card (Visa, Mastercard) and cash on delivery when the parcel is collected.

Delivery of the product to the Customer is subject to a charge, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. The delivery cost is indicated each time during the ordering process. The Seller offers various delivery methods, including parcel lockers, courier delivery and personal collection.

Personal collection of the product by the Customer is free of charge. Personal collection is possible after prior agreement of the date and place of collection. Online payments by instant transfer are handled by Autopay S.A. and Przelewy24.

§ 5 Withdrawal from the agreement and complaints

A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To meet this deadline, it is enough to submit a withdrawal statement before the 14 days expire. The Customer may use the contact form available on the Seller's Online Shop website.

The returned Goods should be sent to: JUST KETO Jusi Kraczkowska, ul. 1 Maja 5A/50, 10-117 Olsztyn, Poland. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to a different solution.

In the case of a traditional bank transfer, cash on delivery, or when for reasons beyond the Seller's control it is impossible to determine the bank account number from which the payment was made, the refund will be made to the Customer's account.

Complaints regarding the non-conformity of goods with the agreement can be submitted in writing or electronically via the e-mail address: info@taleshop.pl or using the contact form. The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Complaints can be submitted within 2 years of purchasing the goods.

§ 6 Personal data protection

The controller of personal data is the Seller. Personal data is processed for purposes related to the performance of the sales agreement, including handling orders, payments and any complaint procedures.

The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing. Detailed information on the processing of personal data and the rights of Customers is contained in the privacy policy available in the Online Shop.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

§ 7 Final provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Shop's website.

In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and other provisions of Polish law shall apply. The terms and conditions enter into force on the day they are published on the Online Shop's website.
